பயனாளிகள் நலச்சங்கம்

தமிழ்நாட்டில் மொத்தம் உள்ள 29 மாவட்ட மருத்துவமனைகள், 157 தாலுகா மருத்துவமனைகள், 1421 ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையங்கள் இவைகளில் பயனாளிகள் நலச்சங்கம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. மக்கள் நல்வாழ்வின் தேவைகளை பகுப்பாய்வதற்கும், தீர்மானிப்பதற்கும், முன்னுரிமைப்படுத்துவதற்கும் பயனாளிகள் நலச்சங்கம் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட காலமுறை நாட்களில் கூடுகிறது. பயனாளிகள் நலச்சங்கங்களின் செயல்பாட்டிற்காக நிதி உதவி வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. மாவட்ட மருத்துவமனை பயனாளிகள் நலச்சங்கம் ஒவ்வொன்றுக்கும் ரூ.5 லட்சமும், தாலுக்கா, தாலுக்க அல்லாத மருத்துவமனைகள், ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையங்கள் இவைகளில் செயல்படும் பயனாளிகள் நலச்சங்கங்களும் தலா ரூ.1 லட்சம் வீதம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மொத்தச் செலவின விடுவிக்கப்பட்ட நிதி ரூ.2601 லட்சம். * சில்லரைச் செலவினங்களை முன்னிட்டு நிபந்தனையற்ற நிதியாக ஒவ்வொரு ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையத்திற்கு ஆண்டிற்கு ரூ.25 ஆயிரம் வீதம் 1421 ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையங்களுக்கு மொத்தமாக ரூ.700 லட்சம் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.* அதே போன்று சில்லரை செலவினங்களை முன்னிட்டு நிபந்தனையற்ற நிதியாக ஒவ்வொரு துணை சுகாதார நிலையத்திற்கும் ஆண்டிற்கு ரூ.10 ஆயிரம் வீதம் 8706 துணை சுகாதார நிலையங்களுக்கும் மொத்தமாக ரூ.2155 லட்சம் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. * ஆண்டு பராமரிப்பு நிதியாக ஒவ்வொரு ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையத்தில் உள்ள கட்டமைப்பு மேம்பாட்டிற்காக ஒவ்வொரு ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையத்திற்கும் ரூ.50 ஆயிரம் வீதம் மொத்தமாக ரூ.1574 லட்சம் நிதி விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

and the Deputy Director of Health Services, Tiruvannamalai is the Secretary.

Member of Legislative Assembly of this district are members of the society.
There are 3 MP’s and 4 MLA’s are members for the Cheyyar Health District Area.

Patients welfare society -Cheyyar Health District

A public health scheme is being launched under which all Government hospitals in the State would form Patient Welfare Societies and receive funding under the National Rural Health Mission, the societies would receive seed money from the NRHM and the hospitals could utilise it for emergency requirements and repairs of medical equipment. Unless the hospitals registered the society, The Patient Welfare societies. Those in the Societys can be local public representatives, industrialists and others.
